Hi, Friends!

My name is Jordyn and I am the owner of Jordyn Rae Photography!

My interest in photography began in 7th grade when I decided to enter a school photography competition. I borrowed my mom’s point and shoot camera and tried to capture the full moon with my dad out of my bedroom window. Unfortunately, this camera was not able to capture the true beauty of the moon, so I upgraded to my first Nikon DSLR a few months later.

After this, my love for photography was set in motion. Once I graduated high school, I went to college for photography which was one of the best decisions of my life. There I started exploring the art of story telling and knew that I wanted to document moments in people’s lives forever.

As a follower of the One who spoke the world into existence, my prayer is that I will see His creation and people through His eyes.
